I designed this logo for the City of Springfield's fleet of hybrid vehicles (2 and growing). They finally got installed onto the vehicles this week after several months in limbo wading through approval of sketches, the actual logo and vehicle placement. The cars do have a small metallic "Hybrid"logo from the manufacturer, but we wanted to show off a little bit that we are an eco-responsible government. More fun for me. See, the leaf and the oil drop are the same shape and they are intertwined – just like the engine uses stored power and fuel. I guess I didn't need to explain that to you. I'll post more photos of Andrew after his first Christmas! Have a merry one!
